Investigating the state of Internet access and affordability for artists, activists and film-makers in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Exploring Internet and hardware requirements for artists. We conducted interviews with artists in the 3 countries and telecommunications experts globally. Data was analysed and will support recommendations for solutions that can support artists.
